研究方向

近年来借助生物信息学与分子生物学的研究方法,深入研究与人类复杂疾病相关的 biomarker 识别、cfDNA 液体活检的临床应用及基因多组学的分子机制。通过机器学习技术,构建识别肿瘤病人、区分肿瘤来源及评估复发风险的模型,为泛癌无创早筛、临床监控和个体化精准医疗提供理论、算法及实验基础。
